Based in Europe? A nearshore UX team

VOID has been operating since 2005. Our production teams are in Casablanca and Agadir, and we have a representative office in Paris. Casablanca is 1 hour behind Paris, Brussels and Berlin in winter and 2 hours behind in summer: Morocco returned to GMT on 20 September 2026 (Decree 2.26.530), while the EU applies summer time.

UX audit

The Advanced Audit covers UX, WCAG and RGAA accessibility, performance and a six-month roadmap: MAD 20,000 excluding VAT (web price), about EUR 1,820, in 2 to 3 weeks.

The Strategic Audit, with workshops and user tests, is quoted on request and takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Expert review

A two-hour expert review session (page in French) on a design or a journey: MAD 2,800 at the web price (standard price MAD 3,500), with feedback within 5 business days.

Fixed-price project

A journey or a redesign, with a fixed scope.

UX and front-end squad

Designers and developers dedicated to your product, on an ongoing basis.

The team

Creative direction is led by Olivier Delas, co-founder of VOID. A graduate of ESAG Penninghen (1994), he worked at Digitas (Publicis Groupe) from 2007 to 2012, then co-founded The Bridge in 2012. He leads the Harnessed UX service with co-founder Mehdi Najeddine on the technical side. Their backgrounds are on the agency page.

Frequently asked questions

What does a UX/UI design agency do?

It designs the experience and the interface of a digital product: it gets to know the users (interviews, tests, journey analysis), organises content and journeys, designs the screens, tests them with real users and delivers an interface ready to build. At VOID, we also handle the design system and front-end development.

What is the difference between UX and UI?

UX (user experience) is about substance: who the users are, what they are trying to do, in what order, and what gets in their way. UI (user interface) is about form: layout, typography, colour, components, states. The two are designed together: a beautiful interface on a broken journey does not work.

How much does a UX/UI agency cost?

It depends on the scope: an audit, a single journey, a full redesign or a dedicated team. Our published formats: the Advanced Audit (UX, accessibility, performance) at MAD 20,000 excluding VAT (web price), about EUR 1,820, delivered in 2 to 3 weeks.

How does a UX project with VOID work?

How do you measure UX success?

We agree the metrics with you before design starts, then measure them before and after launch: task success and time on task in user tests, journey completion or conversion rates, drop-offs, support requests about the journey, and reported satisfaction. Without a baseline, no gain can be shown.

Do you run usability tests in Morocco?

Yes. Each round of usability testing involves 5 to 8 participants, and workshops of 8 to 20 people can take place at our Casablanca Finance City space.

Can you run user tests with users in Europe from Casablanca?

Interviews and tests run remotely, by video call, with participants recruited in your country.

Do you also build the front end and the design system?

Yes. We can deliver the designs only, or go all the way to the design system (tokens, Figma library, React components documented in Storybook) and production code built with React and Next.js.

Do you design mobile first?

Yes, by default: we design the most constrained screen first, then adapt it to tablet and desktop. The share of mobile in your traffic, read from your analytics tool, sets the priorities. A business tool used mainly on desktop can start from the large screen.

How do you handle accessibility (WCAG 2.2, EAA)?

From the first design: contrast, reading order, keyboard navigation, labels and error messages, target size. The technical target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. For services covered by the European Accessibility Act, the reference standard is EN 301 549. We only talk about conformance after a page audit.
