Accessibilité web au Maroc : Bank Al-Maghrib et loi 10-03

The video presents law 10-03 as covering information systems and digital services. The text does not say so: this accessibility law covers buildings, transport and some means of communication (public telephones, post boxes, libraries, television). It does not mention websites or apps. For digital banking, the reference text is the March 2023 interbank charter: its Article 4 covers the web portal, the mobile app and electronic documents, and commits banks to audit their conformance against WCAG 2.1.
